Bollin Dale Engineering Ltd was formed in 1954 as a sub-contract machining company and has had a strong association with the food and confectionery industries since its formation.

Since the 1960s we have been the major manufacturing facility for the ASSER OAKES range of confectionery and bakery equipment. From 2000 we employed the design and process engineers from ASSER OAKES and produced our own range of equipment. To enhance the service we offered to our customers we purchased all the archive drawings, intellectual property rights and trade names for ASSER OAKES. The internationally renowned name of ASSER OAKES has over 25 years experience of producing high quality equipment.

Our products are now a combination of modern process requirements and the proven technology of the ASSER OAKES product range. To recognise this our products are now sold jointly under the Bollin Dale Engineering Ltd and ASSER OAKES brand names.

Customers with existing Asser, Oakes or ASSER OAKES equipment can now confidently obtain spares and change parts from the company that manufactured the equipment originally.

Our design and process engineers have had over 50 years of collective experience in the design and manufacture of dedicated equipment for the bakery and confectionery industries. Our philosophy is to work closely with the customer to develop the optimum solution, whether it is a small modification or a complete system. Our extensive machining capabilities are particularly important when we are performing repair or refurbishment projects, on either our own or other manufacturers equipment as modification can be easily accommodated.
